At AA Nutrition LLC, we take a personalized, holistic approach to nutrition counseling—grounded in cultural understanding, evidence-based care, and long-term support.
We empower our clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that enhance their health and well-being, with a particular focus on chronic conditions such as prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and weight-related concerns. These conditions disproportionately affect individuals of Asian descent and other BIPOC communities, who may be genetically predisposed due to a combination of genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors, including immigration stress, acculturation, and shifting food environments.
Our approach aligns with Health at Every Size® (HAES®) principles, prioritizing health over weight and rejecting the harmful focus on restrictive dieting. As eating disorders-informed professionals, we understand that each person’s journey to wellness is deeply personal, shaped by their unique history, culture, and relationship with food. We offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can work on their health without fear of shame or stigma.

Our Process
At AA Nutrition LLC, we believe in creating a collaborative and personalized experience for every client. Our process begins with a 90-minute comprehensive nutrition intake, where we take the time to fully understand your health history, lifestyle, goals, and any specific challenges you may be facing. During this initial session, we’ll work together to assess your current nutrition habits, discuss your health priorities, and explore any cultural or personal factors that influence your food choices.
Following the intake, we offer 45-60 minute follow-up sessions to provide ongoing support and guidance as you work toward your health goals. These sessions are tailored to your progress, allowing us to adjust your nutrition plan as needed, troubleshoot any obstacles, and celebrate your successes. We’re here to help you navigate each step of your wellness journey, empowering you with the knowledge, tools, and encouragement to make lasting, positive changes.
